News

EAR has developed a methodology to test the reproducibility of scientific content and to measure the deviation from real-life figures.
Relevant deviations have above all been detected in publications authored by implant developers, as well as in publications coming from the USA. For further information please download the papers about the Quality of Datasets and the Quality of Publications regarding the Outcome of Revision Rate after Arthroplasty published at EFORT Congresses from our Publications section.

EAR represents EFORT at the EU Commission regarding outcome measurement, quality monitoring, and the recast of CE-licensing procedures for medical devices.
